Nature of this site
Fairmandu is an independent, privately run guide to Nepali makers. We do not sell products, hold stock or take part in sales between users and makers. We do not certify anyone and make no fair-trade or sustainability claims of our own; we report what certifiers and makers publish, with the source and the date we checked.
Finder’s fees and advertising
We may receive a finder’s fee if an introduction leads to an order with a maker, and in future possibly affiliate commissions or fees for labelled enhanced profiles. Such links and profiles will be labelled. Payment does not affect the content or position of a listing.
Consumer dispute resolution
We do not sell goods to consumers. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
Information on this site comes from public sources and the makers’ own websites and is published with the date it was checked. It may have changed since. We aim to be accurate but give no guarantee of completeness or currency. Please send corrections to the email address above; we correct them promptly and note the change.

This site links to third-party pages (makers, certifiers). Their operators alone are responsible for their content. No legal violations were apparent when the links were set. If we learn of any, we will remove the link promptly.
