What this site collects
The site is static. It loads no external fonts, scripts, analytics or advertising services and sets no cookies itself. We build no visitor profiles.
Hosting
The site is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, and affiliates). When you visit, the host processes technically necessary data, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to third countries are possible. We rely on the safeguards offered by the hosting provider.
Contacting us by email
When you write to us or use the team-gift enquiry form, your email program opens; nothing is sent from the page itself. We use what you email us (for example quantity, budget, destination, date, name) to answer your enquiry and suggest makers (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We pass it to a maker only if you want us to. We delete it when the enquiry is finished unless the law requires us to keep it.
Phone and WhatsApp
If you call us or write on WhatsApp, we see your number and what you tell us, and use it only to answer you. WhatsApp is run by a third party (Meta), which processes data under its own privacy policy. If you prefer, email us instead.
Links to other websites
If you follow links to makers or certifiers you leave our site, and their privacy rules apply. If we use affiliate links in future, partners may set cookies when you click; this notice will then be updated.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to complain to a data protection authority. Write to the email address above.
